Welcome to USTAAD (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing, downloading, or using the USTAAD application (“App”), you (“User,” “you”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these carefully before using the App. 1. Eligibility • The App is intended for individuals aged 13 years and above. • If you are between 13–18 years of age, you confirm that you have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. • By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. 2. Nature of the Service • USTAAD is an interactive sports trivia and entertainment platform that gamifies short-form sports clips. • The App is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only, helping users learn more about sports while enjoying engaging quizzes and challenges. • USTAAD does not offer or permit real money gaming, gambling, or wagering of any kind. • All content and activities within the App are for fun, knowledge-building, and entertainment. 3. Monetisation • The App is free to download and play. • USTAAD monetises through: 1. In-App Purchases (IAP): Users may purchase virtual items, points, or coins to enhance their gameplay experience. 2. Advertisements: The App may display third-party ads, offers, or promotional content. • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. 4. Virtual Items & Coins • Any in-app currency (e.g., “USTAAD Coins”) or virtual items are digital features only and have no cash value. • They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, redeemed for real money, or transferred outside the App. • USTAAD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items without notice. 5. User Conduct By using the App, you agree not to: • Engage in cheating, fraud, or unfair gameplay. • Attempt to exploit bugs, loopholes, or unauthorized modifications. • Upload or share offensive, illegal, or harmful content. • Use the App for gambling, betting, or any other prohibited activities. 6. Intellectual Property • All content, trademarks, logos, game formats, and materials within the App belong to USTAAD / Funatx Entertainment Technology Solutions LLP or are licensed for use. • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal educational and entertainment purposes. 7. Privacy • Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. • We collect, store, and process data in compliance with applicable laws to improve user experience and serve relevant ads. 8. Disclaimers • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. • USTAAD does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or continuous availability of features. • The App is intended solely for educational and entertainment use and should never be mistaken for a gambling, betting, or real money gaming product. 9. Limitation of Liability • USTAAD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue using it. 10. Termination • USTAAD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms. • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. 11. Governing Law • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. 12. Changes to Terms • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms
